Jacque Abernathy principal
Jacque brings her communication knowledge and skills to your business as a communication management consultant. Jacque has more than 15 years of experience working with organizations to develop communication strategies that drive employee and organizational change around the globe.

Jacque has expertise in developing communication—including HR communication, web-based communication, face-to-face communication, videos, manager and leadership support communication, and print publications.

Prior to launching WayPoint in December of 2005, Jacque worked as a senior communication consultant for two global human resource consulting firms and had the opportunity to manage a Communication practice in Sydney, Australia.

Jacque received a psychology degree from Texas A&M University.

Jack Seitzinger, PhD principal
Jack Seitzinger is a senior organizational development consultant with extensive experience in the high technology industry, government, and business consulting field in the United States and internationally. He has held executive human resources and organization development positions at Compaq Computer Corporation, DA Consulting Group and various government agencies. He was responsible for training 50,000 new Transportation Security Officers in nine months (the largest non-military training effort in the United States since World War II).

Jack has led major international business change management projects that effectively transformed business strategies—e.g., implemented new manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain strategies.

Jack earned a Ph.D. from Wayne State University. He concentrated his studies in systems theory and industrial psychology.

Kelly Flautt principal
Kelly Flautt is a communication consultant with eight years of experience communicating on the web, in print, and face to face. Kelly designs comprehensive communication strategies and excels in retirement, change and health and wellness communication. She began her communication career as an editor, giving attention to detail in grammar, style and logic—and continuously works to ensure the highest level of quality is delivered to our clients.

Kelly has a B.A. in English literature from Texas A&M University.
